• Repeated no-shows may result in appointment restrictions or fees.
• We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to staff availability or emergencies.

6.2 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply per your carrier agreement. United Smiles is not responsible for fees charged by your mobile carrier.

6.3 Opt-Out
